unless an item is not in stock.
- Shipping days are Monday thru Friday (excluding
holidays). All orders placed Friday afternoon - Sunday will be processed the following
Monday.

air transporation services - for example, inclement weather, natural disasters, and
national/local emergencies. We cannot be held liable for packages delayed due to

duties and brokerage fees they may be required to pay upon delivery of their package.
We would recommend you contact your local customs office and package carriers

- We accept American Express, bank transfers,
money services like Western Union, and mailed payments in US Dollars for
international orders. Due to the high risk of fraud, orders paid by AMEX will be shipped
only to the billing address associated with the account.
- We do not accept Paypal.

submitting your order. Engraved merchandise cannot be returned.
- Engraving costs $9.50 per line. For multiple lines
of engraving, please contact us at 800-782-5666 or pens@joonpens.com.
- It typically takes an additional 24 hours to process
engraving orders. More time may be required for multiple engravings.

- Customer service is our number one priority and if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return. Remember, if you are having trouble using an item, please contact us for assistance before sending it back.
- All merchandise purchased from JOON may be returned by mail or to a store within 30 days of receipt, unless otherwise noted below.
- A refund is available within two weeks of receipt. Exchange or store credit is available within thirty days of receipt. Please note, a shipping charge will be applied to exchanges.
- Items must be in original condition and all packaging must be included.
- Engraved merchandise cannot be returned. Fountain pens filled with ink cannot be returned. Specials and clearance items designated as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
- To ensure that your return is handled properly and without delay, please follow these steps to send merchandise back to us:
1) Contact us for a Return Authorization #.
2) Place items, cleaned and secured in their containers, in a properly cushioned shipping package.
3) Include current contact information, a copy of the invoice with your Return Authorization #, and instructions detailing the reason for return and what action you wish to be taken upon receipt of your return.
4) Write the Return Authorization # on the label or package.
5) Send the return back to us at: JOON New York, ATTN: Returns Dept, 30-10 41Ave, 2nd Floor, Long Island City, NY 11101, USA (please note, this location is not open to the public). We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance in case of loss or damage.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns from free shipping orders are subject to shipping fee deductions.
- If your return does not comply with the terms of our policy as stated above, we reserve the right to reject the return or to apply a re-stocking fee.
- For items outside of our return policy, please contact the manufacturer directly to take advantage of their warranty/repair services. You can find contact information for most of the manufacturers we carry on our website at the Repair Directory and the Pen Links pages.
